The Austro Germanic Union this is the Yugoslavia argument. Also I’m certain that countries like the UK, the US, etc. would take issue with the murder of mass groups of people. Like in WW2 when Hitler tried to kill all Jews. Pretty much every Western country agrees that genocide is a massive no-no.

Why is it not a proper argument. The country fell apart due to the people their hating each other. Just like how the Flemish and Dutch hate the Germans and Austrians. The US and UK did care about mass genocide of Jews so I’m relatively certain they would care about mass genocide of people who don’t want to conform to some empire. In the modern world, empire building like that of the 1800s-1900s is nearly impossible due to the vast amount of defensive treaties.

It wasn’t because all you said was

Also my state was formed in the 40s and 50s the empire is already built. Separatists are dead, the rest remain as literal collaborators if you’re going for that argument.

And we are seeing actual genocides all over the world and all that the west, US, and Britain has done is say “stop doing that :(“ and nothing else. I’d get away with it. Like how everyone else has gotten away with it. However I’m not even doing genocide, as all I have done is brainwashing and reeducation, along with the elimination of problematic individuals. The better term is suppression.
