Spanish has replace as the major language in Indoinastan and has replaced English as an official language with Hindi. Reports show that 89% of Indoinastanis know how to speak Spanish. English is 4th when it comes to popularity amongst people at 72%, only to be beaten by Russian (78%). The government officials still of course will speak English for diplomatic purposes.

A coup d'etat has occurred in Ghazva, with a military junta under the leadership of Kumal Taranogha taking control of the country. Emperor Nakhtal XIII and important officials from the Democratic government have been arrested, and the newly-formed Ghazvan military police have been ordered anyone who publicly expresses support for the old government. The borders with Koxor and Sidramye have been closed to travellers. Taranogha has also ordered all foreign troops in the country to leave immediately or risk being taken as prisoners of war.
