Smoking is not allowed indoors in Winford, the rules are different in Birman.

Just got back from the SC forums to respond to a few posts about supposedly trying to make a proposal for "Liberate Institute of Cellulose" because a certain duck thinks that the King not caring enough about Gameplay to know who Layem and Sanctum were before entering an alliance is worthy of "liberating" IOC, and then just sitting there and waiting for KOE to CTE so that they can raid and say "Yay, we killed them!"

Smh that duck has some tendencies to RMB stalk and hold weird grudges
