So far finals history is rather vague. I suggest you read prior Russian, Swedish, and overall rp posts to figure out how Finland could be

Based on Sweden-Norway's RP posts, I'll probably turn this guy into a dictator who become a King and is well-liked by the people, as Sweden-Norway is ruled by an Emperor.

(Sorry if I’m being impatient but I would like to update it so I can achieve my ambitions on Estonia and Livonia)

Ultimatum to Estonia
With the Swedish ambitions continued to be performed with the recent acquisition of Finnish territory, Sweden now turns its eyes to the Baltic States. Once part of the Glorious Swedish Empire, it now resides as an independent state. With this, an ultimatum is officially sent to the Estonian nation, demanding that the small state immediately rejoin the Scandinavian Empire, less they be swiftly conquered to face the Swedish wrath. They would be allowed to keep their own parliament, but would have to acknowledge the Swedish Emperor to their head of state, and join the United Scandinavian Parliament, thereby making them an equal to Norway, Sweden, Sampia, and Finland in the administrative system.
