The Tiger Districtian City

It's another one of those days. Fans are cheering and you're among those most similar to you.
Though you are happy, you know that progress does not wait for those who wait.
Instead, you are determined to pounce on the right opportunity.

As one of the first districts to make contact with all the other districts, you know what lies ahead. However, these past weeks was somehow of a struggle. Some things did not go as planned, but at least they are sorted out now. Though you were the first district to meet with All Districts and establish relations with all the other districts (Swan District,Turtle District,Owl District), you were nearly the last to establish your capital city.

While you ponder about whatever is missing...you realize that perhaps having those different from you might be helpful.
"What blasphemy are you blabbering about!", yelled someone as your thoughts are interrupted.

"Who's there?, you called out. Trying to get a closer look, you took a left turn and look to the nearby corner. Though you expect to see a person, you see instead a large magnificent animal with a shiny mane and jawing white teeth glaring at you...the king of the jungle: the tiger.

"It took you quite some time to finally see me. The other leaders already saw theirs way earlier", roars the tiger.

Scratching your head, you asked out, "What do you mean?

"It is a little too soon to tell you, but you are still searching for whatever is missing. For now, you need a focal point. Start with a capital city with those similar to you and then find those who are unlike you. Together, they will help you find what you are looking for", said the tiger before fading away.

You are confused, but nevertheless, called out to the rest of your people for an emergency meeting. As you think of what speech to say, you decided to go by ear and come up with it on the spot. Addressing everyone and looking at the people around you, you see their faces, the faces of people you admired and people that are similar to you.

Slowly, you said, "My brothers and sisters, now is the time to pounce on the right opportunity. It is time to establish our capital city! We are all similar to each other and we found this nation on this principle. However, progress does not wait for us. We must continue to innovate. This is why I ask you to accommodate those who are unlike us and welcome them to this capital city. For unity takes many forms, but fierceness takes many. We must be fierce and establish this capital city now!"

The crowd roars and cheered at your speech. As each person applaud, you see smiles on their face. From the little boy to the old grandma, your heart lightened up as you know this is just the beginning of something bigger.
