Agora-Novapax Terms of Agreement of Mutuality (ANTAM)

These terms are to be agreed upon by the proper parties of Agora and Novapax in accordance with the shared usage of the region, Customs of Agora.

Purpose: To define the terms of agreement over the usage of Customs of Agora in which both the regions of Agora and Novapax understand and commit to these terms fully.

Term 1: The region, Customs of Agora is to be a shared space between the regions of Agora and Novapax for both regions' usage as a point of immigration into the respective regions. The Customs of Agora will still be considered to be under the sovereignty of Agora; however, jurisdiction and authority will be split between citizens of Novapax and Agora.

Term 2: No Novapax Immigration Customs Officer (NICO) or Agoran Immigration Customs Officer (AICO) will deter or sway nations entering Customs of Agora to try and immigrate to either region. All ICOs must do their jobs objectively. Should a nation wish to enter Novapax, a NICO will handle their paperwork. Should a nation wish to enter Agora, an AICO will handle their paperwork. If a nation wishes to enter a region and the only ICO who is available is a member of the 'other' region in this agreement, the ICO must inform an ICO of the other region that a nation wishes to enter their respective region. Should an ICO refuse to perform this obligation, they will be dismissed from their duties.

Term 3: Those who wish to be NICOs will first gain permission from a respective authority in Novapax. The respective authority will then contact the Agoran government (Agorament) to offer the final decision from the Agorament members.

Term 4: Novapax may create their own requirements for immigration apart from the current Immigration Control of Agora. However, if Novapax chooses not to create their own requirements, all nations entering Customs of Agora will be held under the same scrutiny under the Immigration Control of Agora. Should Novapax create their own requirements, they will be posted on the World Factbook Entry alongside the Immigration Control of Agora.

Term 5: All ICOs will work in tandem and cooperate with one another. The basis of this agreement is one of trust. NICOs and AICOs are expected to have the highest level of respect for each other. Failure to do so will result in the dismissal of duty for the respective parties.

Term 6: The Agorament or the Government of Novapax may at any time contact the other region to re-negotiate these terms.
