The leaders of these nations were both inspired by her illustriousness, Kelly KPopp, to make a Region that is under her rule and superintendence. She rules this region and Plooply. Anyone who is a fan of KPopp or anyone who just wants to join our region (because we're cool like that), can happily join our region! The rules of this region are pretty simple, you mainly have to follow the rules of KPopp. This region promotes optimism and laughter. We try to keep spirits up and grow our region with prosperity.
