Organization of Eurania (WIP)

The government of the USRE is currently a dual party state implementing socialist ideology along with military ideology into the daily life and routine of the lives of the citizens of the USRE. The Premier is the head of government, the General Secretary the head of state, the Supreme Justiciar as the Chief Justice, and many other heads of their respective bureaus.

Leadership

The General Secretary is synonymous with the head of state of Eurania, and whose role has been elevated much more by the Nationov Zoviet along with elevated powers. The General Secretary is answered to by the Premier, the Supreme Justiciar, and the Chairman of the Pravitelsvo, the highest committee of the United Eurania party. No one reports to the General Secretary on the behalf of the Communist Party as the General Secretary is the leader of the Communist party. The General Secretary could issue executive orders that had twice the weight of ordinary legislation. The only people who can counteract the General Secretary's power is the Premier and the Justiciar. Together they rule as a triumvirate.

The Premier is synonymous with the title of head of government. The premier is answered by the Bureau Supremes (the equivalent of a Minister), the Nationov Zoviet, the Supreme Marshal of the military, and the United Eurania party as a whole. The Premier with the approval of the Nationov Zoviet, at any time, can take over the role of General Secretary. However, it must directly approved by the Nationov Zoviet in a 3/4 vote. This is strictly for impeachment. If a 3/4 vote passes, then the impeachment of the General Secretary begins and the case goes to the Judicial Bureau (not to be confused with the Bureau of Justice)

The Supreme Justiciar, unlike the other two, does not have much political power. However, the Supreme Justiciar is the commander of the entire secret police force and is the head of the Bureau of Justice. The exemption for the Bureau of Justice, is unlike the Judicial Bureau, it does not need a warrant to search, and can execute and convict on the spot. The power of this bureau also applies to every level of the government. This means the same measures that are used for ordinary citizens are also carried out on politicians and government workers if they have committed a crime - although the on-the-spot consequences are drastically decreased is intensity, etc.

The First Deputy is equivalent to a Deputy Prime Minister. The responsibilities are slightly decreased, along with the power.

The Bureau Supremes are the heads of their respective bureau. The following are some government bureaus.
