The Free Trade Alliance Act
Recognizing That many nations in the region already have trade agreements in place.Imploring That the region sponsors a regional trade network that contains all the nations of the region.
Suggests that the trade agreement abolishes tariffs on raw materials and agricultural products.
Requests that manufactured or luxury goods may only have low tariffs, to promote trade in the region.
Calls for the establishment of an international treasury, charged with keeping accurate records of all trades in the region, and with providing insurance for trade vessels and their proprietars.
Recommends that all nations who join this trade alliance, donate to fund this international treasury, in order to keep it funded and operating on an effective level
Stresses that the trade alliance is optional, as to not impose on national sovereignty.
