The entire area of Shalhevet is sectioned off per each foreign nation's embassies. With foreign nations having full jurisdiction over the territory of their embassies. Foreign nations are authorized security personnel to patrol their territory. All foreign nations must still abide by any and all rules and laws set by the PRZ government. The President retains the right to evict any nation's ambassador, security, or staff personnel for any reason at any time.

•Excessive force by security on citizens
•Long term or unauthorized detention of citizens by security
•Use of explosives weapons
•Use of armor fighting vehicles such as tanks
•Use of heavy machine assault weapons Cal .50 or larger.
