Unrestricted Military Act

Unrestricted Military Act

Noting that the West Atlantic Assembly is currently not allowed to "raise a military force under the banner of the WAA" according to the resolution "West Atlantic Assembly",

Surprised that the term "military force" is not defined in said resolution, meaning that the definition could be interpreted in a variety of ways,

Believing that a "military force" such as a regional border guard could be very useful in the future, and is a legitimate use of the WAA,

And speculating that the reasoning behind such a clause is that The Midwestern Atlantic Colonies was writing their founding resolution based on the World Assembly, which does not have to worry about things such as raider attacks because it is a worldwide instead of regional governing body,

The West Atlantic Assembly hereby amends the resolution "West Atlantic Assembly" to remove the words "raise a military force under the banner of the WAA".
