Application for entry in the World Assembly

Brief: This bill is to recommend to the Senate of the Republic Federation of Trelatche the will of the House as well as the people of the nation to officially apply for entry into the World Assembly. The application will be under the following terms:

I) All affairs deemed domestic and under the jurisdiction of the ruling government will thereby recommend proposed World Assembly resolutions through the Republic Senate before they are officially introduced as government legislature.

II) Any bill or resolution passed through the World Assembly deemed harmful to economic or cultural interest(s) will require the approval of both the House and the Senate before introduction as legislature. Any of said proposals must enter a minimum of a 6 month examination period before taking effect on the citizens of the Republic Federation of Trelatche and other person(s) residing within the jurisdiction of the Republic.

III) For the intent of regional and national stability, the Republic Federation of Trelatche will not withdraw from the World Assembly unless approved by the House and the Senate, as well as the approval of its citizens through a referendum, only to be authorized by the elected President. The withdrawal application must pass through a 6 month examination period in which both the government and independent organisations will bring about internal audits and provide information and/or recommendations regarding the application of resignation.

Under no circumstance must the mentioned decrees be waived, with or without majority approval. The acts stated must be enforced to the maximum degree that the existing government is able to, and once passed as legislature, this document shall not be altered or affected in any way which modifies the intent of each term.
