The government of the Democratic Republic of Kubrath is proposing the development of an International Chute System, meant for interconnecting countries with technological advances in the transportation department.

Any country that has developed aerial automobiles is invited to joint the project, all they need to do is apply here and conform to these obligations, concerning the vehicles:

1) The aerial vehicle of transportation must be programmable, so it can comply with a universal computer manager.
2) The aerial vehicles must not be prototypes.
3) The aerial vehicles must be safe to operate.

Also, the nations participating should be informed that for any and all incidents that occur in the perimeter of the chute system the ones held responsible will be the entire body of the coalition – every country involved with the Chute system.

Below is what the Kubrath government is planning on the chute system:

The International Chute System will represent a series of suspended interconnected chutes spanning across multiple nations.

The tubes will be made of highly durable, light and transparent plastic, strong enough to endure immense traffic.

The chute system will be used for various tasks, including:
• Public transportation (regular travelers, such as citizens)
• Private transportation (government officials, corporate officials, etc.)
• Cargo transportation (various goods)
• Express transportation (items of utmost international importance that need to be transported as quickly as possible)
As such, the various chutes will be divided into:
• Public Department (P.D.)
• Private Usage Department (P.U.D.)
• Cargo Delivery Department (C.D.D.)
• Express Delivery Department (E.D.D.)

However, we are aware that not all nations have developed self-propelling automobiles, in which case we are prepared to plan the construction of a separate Magnetic Department, used by magnetically propelled vehicles.

Note: They would include all of the aforementioned departments.
