Embassy Policy

I. Core Philosophy
Aeterna Regnum seeks to establish a stable, professional, and lasting diplomatic network. Our region prioritizes sovereignty, mutual respect, and the preservation of our cultural identity. We welcome partnerships with regions that demonstrate longevity and internal stability.

II. General Requirements
To be eligible for an embassy with Aeterna Regnum, a petitioning region must meet the following criteria:
Active Governance: A functioning government or defined leadership structure.
Activity Standards: Evidence of consistent activity on regional message boards.

III. Prohibited Associations (Non-Alignment Policy)
Aeterna Regnum maintains a strict policy of neutrality regarding ideological extremes. We will not establish or maintain embassies with regions that fall into the following categories:
Extreme Religious Regions: Regions whose primary identity or legal code is centered on the enforcement of extremist theological doctrines or the exclusion of others based on faith.
Extreme Political Regions: Regions that advocate for or are governed by radical ideologies (e.g., fascism, total anarchy, or extreme militant expansionism).
Hostile Actors: Regions with a documented history of griefing or violating the sovereignty of peaceful regions.

IV. Application Process
Submission: Post a formal request on the Aeterna Regnum rmb or message a region official.
Review: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will conduct a 72-hour review of the petitioner's regional history and current political climate.
Ratification: Upon a successful review, the August Sovereign or designated Diplomatic Officer will accept the in-game embassy request.

V. Maintenance and Closure
Inactivity: Embassies belonging to regions that show no activity for 30 consecutive days will be closed.
Policy Violations: Aeterna Regnum reserves the right to shutter any embassy if the partner region shifts toward the prohibited extremes outlined in Section III.
