50% Tax on all nations the President thinks is guilty of Tax Fraud, Money Laundering, or Tax Evasion. If the president decides they are guilty, they are immediately taxed 50% of their dubloons as well as any accomplices.

The President can create decorative offices/titles.

Assistant Act Tutels
Assistants to government officials (Vice Vice President for Vice President, SLEA for FLEA) must do as they are instructed by their boss.

Assistant Disciplinary Act Tutels
Assistants who fail to do what they are told can be fined up to 25 dubloons or one card (under legendary and maximum of 5MV) per incident.
