N-Day is often confusing for newcomers, and can occasionally be frustrating even for long-time players. However, by following this protocol, you can be in a really good spot for the apocalypse.

Before N-Day

• As soon as possible: first off, join our Discord for coordination with command and other members of SPEAR. Then, you should read this guide and Testlandia's N-Day: What You Need To Know, as well as our rules and basic strategy, which are also linked in the header of this dispatch.

• 12AM EST on March 1st (major update): you must have all your N-Day nations founded by this point. Only nations with a population of 12 million or more may participate in N-Day, and the date above is the cutoff for that. Puppets (secondary accounts) are super important because each puppet has their own Production, so you should use as many as you feel comfortable with.

• March 4th: on this day, faction pre-registration will open. A High Commander will create the faction, and it will then be open to the public. To avoid losing time during the event, get your nations into the faction as soon as possible. The faction will be linked to in the Discord, on the region page, and basically anywhere important.

During N-Day

• Listen for orders from High Command, who will respond to a given situation quickly and tell you what to do.

• Begin stockpiling and converting production. Generally speaking, Military, Economic, and Cleanup specialists should be producing nukes, while Strategic specialists should be producing shields. For more information, read the basic strategy guide, and make sure to listen for updated instructions from High Command.

• Talk to your fellow SPEARmates if you need help shooting down nukes, or if you have a question, or if anything is wrong. While High Command will be extremely busy, we will try to answer questions if possible.
