The Region That Has No Big Banks,

Recognizing that placing a limit on committee membership is nonproductive,

Understanding that a Cabinet member is empowered to remove unhelpful committee members,

Amends Article VI, section I, subsection D, to:

"The Chairperson shall appoint no fewer than two Committee Members."
