[size=120][font=Georgia]I'm excited to bring you this month's edition of the Government Approval poll results! Thanks to [nation]Ardeyn[/nation], our Minister of Domestic Affairs, for putting the poll together.[/font][/size]

[size=120][font=Georgia]Before I begin, I should mention that a couple of these officials have resigned, so we may not be seeing the most current info - these results are for early October, so Faralried was not yet the Minister of Foreign Affairs and New United Common-lands is still listed as the MoFA.[/font][/size]

[size=120][font=Georgia]Without further ado, let's get right into it.[/font][/size]

[size=120][font=Georgia][*][nation]Yodle[/nation]'s approval [u]increased[/u] from 9.13 to [b]9.17[/b]. (+0.04)[/font][/size]
[font=Georgia][size=80]Yodle is the current Governor of the region.[/size][/font]
[size=120][font=Georgia][*][nation]America the Greater[/nation]'s approval [u]decreased[/u] from 9.30 to [b]8.83[/b]. (-0.47)[/font][/size]
[font=Georgia][size=80]ATG is the current Prime Minister and WA Delegate of the region.[/size][/font]
[size=120][font=Georgia][*][nation]New United Common-lands[/nation]'s approval [u]decreased[/u] from 8.74 to [b]8.71[/b]. (-0.03)[/font][/size]
[font=Georgia][size=80]NUCL was the Minister of Foreign Affairs at the time of data collection, but has since retired.[/size][/font]
[size=120][font=Georgia][*][nation]The Washington Federation[/nation]'s approval [u]increased[/u] from 8.26 to [b]8.54[/b]. (+0.28)[/font][/size]
[font=Georgia][size=80]'Washfed' is the current Minister of Culture.[/size][/font]
[size=120][font=Georgia][*][nation]Ardeyn[/nation]'s approval [u]increased[/u] from 7.00 to [b]8.50[/b]. (+1.50)[/font][/size]
[font=Georgia][size=80]Ardeyn is the current Minister of Domestic Affairs.[/size][/font]
[size=120][font=Georgia][*][nation]Syrasia[/nation]'s approval [u]increased[/u] from 8.13 to [b]8.46[/b]. (+0.33)[/font][/size]
[font=Georgia][size=80]Syrasia was the Deputy Prime Minister shortly before the poll was released, but is now retired.[/size][/font]
[size=120][font=Georgia][*][nation]Gine Caruttiva[/nation]'s approval [u]increased[/u] from 7.43 to [b]8.00[/b]. (+0.57)[/font][/size]
[font=Georgia][size=80]Gine Caruttiva was the Head of Communications when the poll was released, but is now the Deputy Prime Minister.[/size][/font]
[size=120][font=Georgia][*][nation]Faralried[/nation], a new government member, received an approval rating of [b]7.96[/b].[/font][/size]
[font=Georgia][size=80]Faralried was the Head of Diplomacy and Outreach when the poll was released, but is now the Minister of Foreign Affairs.[/size][/font]
[size=120][font=Georgia][*][nation]The Kaverian[/nation]'s approval [u]decreased[/u] from 7.91 to [b]7.88[/b]. (-0.03)[/font][/size]
[font=Georgia][size=80]The Kaverian is the current Speaker of Parliament.[/size][/font]
[size=120][font=Georgia][*][nation]Venesia Grande[/nation]'s approval [u]increased[/u] from 7.22 to [b]7.83[/b]. (+0.61)[/font][/size]
[font=Georgia][size=80]Venesia Grande is the current Head of Ambassadors.[/size][/font]
[size=120][font=Georgia][*][nation]Claibornia[/nation]'s approval [u]increased[/u] from 6.04 to [b]7.83[/b]. (+1.79)[/font][/size]
[font=Georgia][size=80]Claibornia is the current Head of Roleplay.[/size][/font]
[size=120][font=Georgia][*][nation]SidervidaII[/nation], a new government member, received an approval rating of [b]7.13[/b].[/font][/size]
[font=Georgia][size=80]SidervidaII is the current Head of Events.[/size][/font]

[size=120][font=Georgia]These are some big changes - I'd like to highlight a couple of the most significant ones:[/font][/size]

[size=120][font=Georgia][*]Claibornia's approval skyrocketed, increasing by a massive 1.79 points. That's huge, and I personally think it has a lot to do with Claibornia stepping up and encouraging the roleplay committee to get back on track.[/font][/size]
[size=120][font=Georgia][*]Ardeyn saw a similar jump in approval, increasing by 1.50 points. In my personal opinion, this is because Ardeyn's entered a Cabinet position with a lot of forward-facing duties, and he's been performing them quite well.[/font][/size]
[size=120][font=Georgia][*]Our largest decrease by far was America the Greater, who lost 0.47 points of approval. Given the circumstances, I'll abstain from commenting on this, but I hope to discuss it soon on the Yodcast.[/font][/size]

[size=120][font=Georgia]Moving on, let's check out the vote tallies in more detail:[/font][/size]

[size=120][font=Georgia]Unsurprisingly, Yodle's received a massive amount of 10/10 ratings. America the Greater saw similar results, with more than half of respondents rating his performance a 10. SidervidaII fell significantly behind her fellow officials, and I hope to discuss the reasons for this drop soon.[/font][/size]

[size=120][font=Georgia]All things considered, these approval ratings are quite acceptable, but there is always more work to do.[/font][/size]

[size=120][font=Georgia]We also received some comments from interested residents, and I'd like to mention a few of them here:[/font][/size]

[list][size=120][font=Georgia][*]One resident said that they feel Gine Caruttiva and SidervidaII haven't really performed their jobs very much yet.[/font][/size]
[size=120][font=Georgia][*]One resident expressed concern about 'half of the cabinet' resigning, but went on to say that they're confident NBB will remain strong.[/font][/size]
[size=120][font=Georgia][*]One resident wanted to remind everyone to stay hydrated! Apparently people hydrate less in the winter than in the summer, which I didn't realize, so thanks for the tip![/font][/size]
