The people of Grand Tsardom of the Dushina declare their dedication to the rule of law and justice throughout their great land.

Section I

Article I.

Dushina shall take the form of a constitutional monarchy led by the people for the good of all people.

Article II.

Dushina shall be known as the Tsardom of Dushina or the Empire of Dushina and should be referred to as such.

Article III.

The national languages of the Tsardom shall be German, English and French. The proverb of the Tsardom shall be Cattus Supra Omnia.

Article IV.

No religion shall be the supreme religion of the Dushinan Empire.

Article V.

The Flag of Dushina’s flag shall consist of three equally sized stripes in the order of black, white, and black. The flag may optionally have a seal located in the center of fair size.

Article VI.

The rule of law shall extend to every individual in Dushina, except by rule of the Tsar.

Section II

Article I.

Presidential power of the Tsardom of Dushina shall be held in the hands of the Chairman of the Empire.

Article II.

The Chairman of the Empire shall have the power to call elections at any time, with elections being required to be called every year.

Article III.

The President shall be given the absolute power to grant clemency unconditionally.

Article IV.

The Chairman shall appoint a Deputy Chairman to oversee the parliamentary house. He shall govern this parliament and be used in case of ties in parliament.

Section III

Article I.

A parliament shall be established with one member per three hundred thousand citizens of the Tsardom.

Article II.

The parliament shall have the right to levy taxes and have the right to appoint an organization to collect said taxes for the public use.
