Government Restructure Act
The Region That Has No Big Banks,
Acknowledging the ongoing government restructure initiated by New United Common-lands,
Wishing to formalize the roles currently held by Minor Officers,
Hereby establishes the following positions:
Head of Moderation and Security
Section I - Powers
Banish and punish nations that have broken laws within the region.
Create and enforce the moderation and border policy.
Section II - Duties
Ban nations who have conspired to raid TRTHNBB.
Ensure that no resident has been an active member in a region or community which espouses fascism.
Uphold the regional Code of Conduct and maintain a log of all Code of Conduct strikes.
Manage endorsement initiatives in the region in order to bolster its security.
Section III - Stipulations
The Head of Moderation and Security shall answer to the Minister of Domestic Affairs.
The Head of Moderation and Security shall be appointed by the Minister of Domestic Affairs.
The Head of Moderation and Security may be removed by the Minister of Domestic Affairs or the Prime Minister.
Head of Communications
Section I - Powers
Manage and regulate the production of The Social Reformer.
Section II - Duties
Ensure the regular release of The Social Reformer, to a time frame agreed by the Domestic Affairs Committee.
Document any information necessary in documented works, to serve as a regional archive.
Section III - Stipulations
The Head of Communications shall answer to the Minister of Domestic Affairs.
The Head of Communications shall be appointed by the Minister of Domestic Affairs.
The Head of Communications may be removed by the Minister of Domestic Affairs or the Prime Minister.
Head of Ambassadors
Section I - Powers
Manage the ambassadors to each embassy region.
Maintain a list of all ambassadors to and from each embassy region.
Section II - Duties
Appoint ambassadors to foreign regions. Any resident is eligible to become an ambassador.
Relay necessary announcements to the embassy regions and foreign regions.
Section III - Stipulations
The Head of Ambassadors shall answer to the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The Head of Ambassadors shall be appointed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The Head of Ambassadors may be removed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs or the Prime Minister.
Head of Diplomacy and Outreach
Section I - Powers
Establish embassies with foreign regions with the approval of the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Section II - Duties
Actively further connections with neighboring regions through embassies and diplomacy.
Section III - Stipulations
The Head of Outreach and Diplomacy shall answer to the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The Head of Outreach and Diplomacy shall be appointed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The Head of Outreach and Diplomacy may be removed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs or the Prime Minister.
Head of Roleplay
Section I - Powers
Create and manage regional roleplay.
Section II - Duties
Advertise roleplay throughout the region.
Uphold the Code of Conduct in all roleplay.
Section III - Stipulations
The Head of Roleplay shall answer to the Minister of Culture.
The Head of Roleplay shall be appointed by the Minister of Culture.
The Head of Roleplay may be removed by the Minister of Culture or the Prime Minister.
Head of Events
Section I - Powers
Organize social events for residents.
Advertise events throughout the Region.
Section II - Duties
Encourage an active community by advertising and improving the region’s events.
Encourage interregional interaction by inviting foreign dignitaries to certain regional events.
Section III - Stipulations
The Head of Events shall answer to the Minister of Culture.
The Head of Events shall be appointed by the Minister of Culture.
The Head of Events may be removed by the Minister of Culture or the Prime Minister.
