The Region That Has No Big Banks,

Acknowledging the introduction of the Head of Moderation and Security,

Seeking to clarify the role of this new position,

Hereby amends Section III - Appointment of the Moderator Act to the following:

"i. Moderators are appointed by the Minister of Domestic Affairs or the Head of Moderation and Security. Moderator appointments must be approved by the Minister of Domestic Affairs.

ii. Moderators can be dismissed by the Head of Moderation and Security, the Minister of Domestic Affairs, or the Governor at any time."
