Amendment to the Dual Citizenship Act - Requirement Clarifications

The Region That Has No Big Banks,

Acknowledging the potentially lax and unclear requirements for Dual Citizenship,

Further acknowledging that certain individuals in former embassy regions may otherwise fully qualify for Dual Citizenship, and that those individuals should receive equal treatment,

Amends Section I, Line 2 of the Dual Citizenship Act, to:

"A Resident may only obtain Dual Citizenship if their main nation resides within a region that has, or has once had, embassies with our region."

Amends Section I, Line 3 of the Dual Citizenship Act, to:

"The Minister of Domestic Affairs may choose to accept an application for Dual Citizenship if the applicant meets two or more of the following criteria:"

Amends Section I of the Dual Citizenship Act, appending a new line to the end which reads:

"Applicants for Dual Citizenship must also meet the 14-day residency requirement for citizenship."
