The Region That Has No Big Banks,

Recognizing the recent passing of the Regional Holiday Act,

Affirming the importance of celebrating this region's history via regional holidays,

Acknowledging that the Anniversary of our New Constitution being Approved by our citizens is extremely significant to the region's history, as it starts a new chapter in our regional history.

Hereby establishes the regional holiday of the Anniversary of our New Constitution being Approved, which shall take place on the 24th of December of each year.
