Recognizing the recent passing of the Regional Holiday Act,

Affirming the importance of celebrating this region's history via regional holidays,

Acknowledging that the founding date of The Place That Has No Big Banks is extremely significant to the region's history, as it helps people remember how we lost our first region because of a raid and that is why we are against raiding.

Hereby establishes the regional holiday of the TPTHNBB Anniversary, which shall take place on the 19th of February of each year.
