The Royal Navy of Kusatsu (RNK) is the maritim service branch of the Royal Defense Forces of Kusatsu, one of the four uniformed services of the Kaneshon Kingdom of Kusatsu. The Royal Navy of Kusatsu operates as a green water navy with force projections not expanding beyond the Wishton Sea with an estimated tonnage of 800 thousand tons in 2024. It possesses no air craft carriers, though a bill circulating through the national parliament, the Kaigi would see the country levy the usage of an older model carrier bound for the scrapyards by a willing trade partner. The Navy is headquartered at Karuashi Square in Kasaoka and is under the purview of the Minister of Defense and the Admiralty of the Royal Navy. With 75,000 active personnel and 120,000 reserve personnel, it is the largest service branch of the Royal Defense Forces of Kusatsu and receives the largest percentage of the overall defense budget. Its flagship, the cruiser Dokuritsu (Independence) was gifted by the United Kingdom of 
Vionna-Frankenlisch; all other flagged vessels were constructed by one of three maritime shipyards in the country. The Admiral of the Royal Navy is Fleet Admiral Hashira Morihito.
