Article 1. The Mikado shall derive his power from the consent of the governed,
upon whom supreme power is allocated, for the purposes of unifying
the state and serving the public trust in fairness and in truth.

Article 2. Succession to the Kaneshon Throne is to be hereditary, as prescribed
by the applicable succession laws passed by the Kaigi.
Article 3. All acts of state performed by the Mikado must gain the approval of
the Todana, to whom authority is vested to council the Mikado in such matters as
prescribed by constitutional or Kaigi law.
