Origins

In the beginning God Created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was a barren wasteland, darkness lay upon thee, the spirit of God hovering o’er in all their benevolence.

And God said “let there be light upon thy earth” and there was light. God saw that the light was good, they made the light shine, and good basked the land. God called the lightness “day” and the darkness “night.’
And there was morning and there was evening, and there was morning-- of the first day.

And God said “Let there be water.” So God made the water. God quickly realized that like dark and light, there must be an opposite, for which they called “land.”
And God said “Let there be land!” and there was land, the land erupted from what they called “seas”.

And God saw it was good.

The darkness lay upon the land but it vanishes quickly into dawn. It was the dawn of the second day.
“Let there be vegetation” and there was vegetation, various trees with seeds with which new trees may be created. A green organism covered the land, what God called “grass.”
And God saw it was good.

It twas the dawn of the third day.

And God said “Let there be lights to separate the day from night, let those guides govern "day" and "night." And it became so.

And there was evening, and there was morning-- the dawn of the fourth day.

And God said “let the land and oceans teem with creatures, and let cats roam across the earth and birds across the realm of the sky.” So God created the great creatures of the sea and sky.
And God saw it was good.

And there was evening, and there was morning-- the dawn of the fifth day.

“Let the land produce creatures according to their kinds: Birds, Reptiles, Bugs and Mammals. And it was so. God gave the creatures the respective features of their classification. And God saw it was good.
Then God said “Let us make cats in our image, in our likeness, so that they may coexist with the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, in respect to all other wild animals.”
And God saw it was good. They saw all they made as good.

And there was evening, and there was morning-- the dawn of the sixth day.

Thus the heavens were complete.

By the seventh day God had finished the work they were tasked with. He blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because he rested from the work of creating that he did.
