After planting a capitalist leader into the UHSR in an attempt to convert it away from communism, the leader Mikhall Gogorovich was promptly exiled after his plan was revealed.

Further tensions between Phobos and the UHSR grow

Free-Reorganized-States sends planes dropping gifts into the UHSR. The planes end up blowing up. The UHSR is blamed and Free-Reorganized-States asks for the UHSR to demilitarize Alaska or else suffer a declaration of war.

Free-Reorganized-States, New Orlys, Novaros, and Americo-Federation make a pact and all declare war on the UHSR. (New Orlys does not formally declare war but will supply their allies with weapons)
