Article I: Freedom of Speech
1. Everyone is allowed to say there part.
2. Everyone get's an equal share on speech. No one will be left out.
3. People will be arrested for abuse of are nation, region, or opinions.
4. Please dont advertise things of yours. Unless it's about Freely Guads, please just don't post anything that advertises stuff.

Article II: WA Delegacy and Governors
1. WA Delegates will be elected. But Freely Guads needs two WA Members.
2. If you use your WA Delegate power for evil, we shall eject and ban you.
3. The Governor seat is NOT for grabs. Guadilten shall stay unless otherwise.

Article III: Government
1. The Government shall be ran by the Governor, WA Delegate/Members, National Politics Committee (NPC), and the NPC Leader.
2. If you want to join, either be a WA Member (Or become Delegate), or join the NPC. Ran by Z z z z z z z z z z z.
If you join the NPC, you have a lot of responsibility. It includes:
A. Stopping situations.
B. If are place ever get's raided, (See article IV and XI), you must get everyone out ASAP.
C. Make important decisions for Freely Guads.

Article IV: Raiding
1. We are NOT a raiding Region, we also don't want anyone raiding our Region. (See Article II. Section B)

Article V: Endorsement Cap
1. We don't want are WA Delegate to get less endorsements, (See Article II. Section 1.), so for that not to happen, the endorsement cap for WA Members is 10. The WA Delegate is 15. This may very over time.
2. If anyone goes over the cap, you shall be ejected.

Article VI: Embassy Policy
1. Only a few officers will be allowed to request Embassies. But it has to go threw the Governor and WA Delegate first.
2. No one can withdraw Embassies unless granted permission by the Governor and Wa Delegate.

Article VII: War Management
1. Nations who sign up for the Freely Guads Military (FGM), will be directed by a Commander to go to other Regions and fight.
2. The Commander will not be the Governor, WA Delegate, or NPC Leader. It shall be ran by a trust solider.

Article VIII: Regional Message Board/Freely Guads News
1. The Regional Message Board (RMB) shall Not have:
A. Cussing
B. Grieving
C. Spam unless otherwise
2. The Freely Guads News is the News Channel of Freely Guads. Which is ran by Guadilten and Saybentopia. If you want to join, Telegram them about it. Then, they'll give you a form to fill out.

Article IX: Freely Guads Card Club
1. We have Card Tournaments in Freely Guads. There going to be hosted by Kelgarie.

Article X: Robots
1. Guadilten has start a company called PetBots. Which make owners who can't have pets, have one. There First was Freely. Which got sent to space in the Guadilten space mission! There going to introduce the next one soon. Which is called GTeron.

Article XI: Emergency Protol calls
1. In case Freely Guads get raided, it is the Governers, WA Delegates, an officers duties to keep FG safe.
2. When something bad happens, you can:
A. Move to a safe Region.
B. Fellow the Govs, Delegates, or officers instructions.
C. Stay and and find out.
3. If there is a Virus, please stay indoors.

Article XII: Frontiers for Freely Guads
1. FG will NEVER be a frontier on its own. That's why E Region got raided.
2. Only FG will if necessary.

Article XIII: Money and Currency
1. Each Nation in Freely Guads may have there own currency for there OWN Nation. But not Regionwide.
2. If your going to sell thing threw Nations, you must use the Guad Dollar.
3. The Guad dollar is for shipping Regionwide.

Article XIV: Freely Guads and Space
1. Guadilten has made a space mission. Which will soon be owned by FG. We will send recruiters to space to find a new home. (See Article XI)

Article XV: Easy Life
1. Just ignore them. There brain's the size of a pea.

Article XVI: Lockdown Mode
1. When someone is going to attack us, we go into Lockdown mode.
2. When we do, we put up a password. All residents can see it. It'll change every time.
3. There are 4 modes:
A. Red: Must move to a new Region.
B. Orange: Must be in Lockdown for a few weeks.
C. Yellow: Still in lockdown.
D. Green: Safe.

Article XVII: Freely Guads Awards

Article XVIII: Mail, Transportation, and Shipment
1. One stamp is needed for inside a Nation. 2 is for outside a Nation.
2. You need a driver's license to get out of Nations.
3. Passports are needed in and outside of Nations.
4. Shipment can be overseas and on land.

Article XIX: Discord and Tournaments
1. A Disocrd sever is not running. Well try to get one in the next 2 years. We're getting it ready.
2. We have a Tournament. We call it C.H.E.S.T. It's a Chees tournament for Freely Guads,
3. We also have Card Tournaments. (See Article IX and XVII.)

Article XX: Fast Food Industry
1. Since E Region PAST has McDonalds, (See Article XV) McDonalds is allowed.
2. Taco Bell is Banned form FG.
3. Guad Cafe can be anywhere.

Article XXI: Repealation
1. When a law gets repealed, it get a second one. Saying, Repealed. It will be red.

Article XXII: Warnings
1. Due to the movement of ERP to FG, the Governor and WA Delegate will hand out Warnings.
2. If you get a warning, that's means you have done something that Violates the Region. If you get two and you an officer, you lose officer rank. If anyone gets 3, you'll be banned.

Article XXIII: Presidents
1. If a president were to CTE, the vice would take control. And a new vice will be elected.
2. If a vice became president, it would have it untill the original president was suppose to end.
3. If a president comes back to life, they do NOT regain president. The vice will stay as president.

Article XXIV: Rankings
1. There are types of rankings everyone gets. Here are some listed:
A. Peasant. They have no authority.
B. Minor. VERY VERY little authority.
C. Mod. More authority than minor.
D. Admin. Has so much authority that the can give warnings. But can still get some.
E. God. Can't be banned. Gives out Warnings. Are the Govs and WA Delegate.
2. Here are two extras:
F. Tutor. Tutorial Nations.
G. Coders. You can guess what that is.

Article XXV: Dispatch Permission
1. If you're a God rank, you don't need permission. But you do need to ask where it'll go in the order.
2. If your a Mod threw Admin, you must ask permission for both.
3. If you a peasant, you can't at all. (See Article XXIV)

Article XXVI: Subdivisions
1. If you're a classified subdivision, you're World Factbook Entry should say "Subdivision of Freely Guads"
2. You must sign a form to become a subdivision of Freely Guads.
