The Re-establishment of Urkrainium as the Free State of Urkrainium

The Free Land of Urkrainium once ruled three seperate islands in Bingus establishing a prosperous collectivist paradise on the road to total anarchy. With the Council as it's guiding hand on matters of the people, Urkrainium proved to be a bountiful land of plenty, where one would work or die trying. Indeed as Urkrainium sat as the Secretary of Labour for the Region's administration, work participation in every nation increased by up to 200%!

However, one day would bring utter destruction to Bingus.

The proliferation of nuclear weaponry would come to be it's undoing.
As the bombs fell and the zombies roamed the Region of Bingus, the region was devastated and Urkrainium was not left alone in this regard shattered into collectives, strangely enough managing to orchestrate a better government in a post nuclear state than the previous government did.
Nonetheless, thanks to the efforts of these collectives, The Revolutionary Insurgent Army was created to re-establish Urkrainium on the forefront of world politics once again. The people would not stand idly as those who denied assistance to the Free Land lived in excess and hid behind their "neutral" policies.

It is now time for the embers to clear out of the way.
The Revolutionary Insurgent Army has cleared all obstructions to Urkrainiumian sovereignty and has decreed the establishment of the Free State of Urkrainium. The RIA will dedicate it's temporary leadership to the destruction of Urkrainium's enemies, starting with wiping out what remains of the Eros invasion, the annihilation of the zombie menace and the rehabilitation of Anarchists in the territories of Bingus.

Urkrainium has also coaxed the Region's highest authority to establish settlement zones in former unclaimed islands now filled with horrific "zombie" infestations. A swift nuclear annihilation campaign will create a safe space for settlement according to The Revolutionary Insurgent Army.
