The 70th Anniversary of the Van Grun Takeover - An Article by the Schlechtstadt Mail

Exactly 70 years ago today, on October 19th 1953, Maksimilian van Grun disestablished the Charginian Republic and proclaimed a new state, the Armed Republic of Charge Island. The Charginian Republic was consistently disliked throughout its entire existence and the establishment of a stronger Charginian nation was desperately needed.
