Roleplay: Plane panic, and KEYSTONE (WIP)

Multiple unknown aircraft have been circulating the airspace of the Valles Earth territory. Pilot Ezra McConnelson testifies to congress claiming that he does not know of their origin and has not seen a plane like it before.

Later a plane drops a flare beacon, and is chased out of Phobos Earth colony airspace.

A rocket plane was then fought in Phobos Earth airspace, it was shot down.

Another strange plane begins dropping flare beacons, it was shot down and crashed into a building.

KEYSTONE, an anomalous black icosohedron that was kept in the attic labs began to emit glowing runes. These runes led to a fountain within WTE territory. A blinding light flashed from the fountain causing a earsplitting noise and mass suicide. The reason for these suicides is still under investigation. After returning to the Arctic, a spirit crystal was detonated in a durability test of KEYSTONE, another light flash appeared and the closest scientist went insane.

The scientist, whose name shall not revealed out of courtesy of his family, began rambling about “A man in a trenchcoat” he committed suicide hours later in the medical bay.

KEYSTONE then began to glow red hot, and reports of another light pillar have surfaced in Indochina. KEYSTONE is under lockdown as has been for about 2 months. During those months multiple strange outposts known as trench bases have appeared worldwide.

A spec ops force is sent to raid a trench base to hopefully recover KEYSTONE. KEYSTONE was not found.
