Delegates Directive for the Wellspring: Protecting regional sovereignty.
In collaboration with Vice Delegate USS Merrimack, I present the following directive. Henceforth, our region will implement an endorsement cap and establish a council of security officers. The endorsement cap is intended to safeguard our region against potential invaders, as excessive endorsements can enable them to gain control and undermine the prosperity of our beloved community.
The endorsement cap will be implemented as follows:
The Delegate shall be exempt from the endorsement cap, allowing them to achieve the highest endorsement count in the region.
The Vice Delegate is also exempt and must maintain the second-highest endorsement count in the region.
Security officers shall have an endorsement cap set at 75% of the delegate's endorsement count. Currently, this corresponds to 35 endorsements, but will fluctuate as the Delegate's endorsement count changes.
Wanderers of the Wellspring, individuals who have endorsed the Delegate, Vice Delegate, and all security officers, will have an endorsement cap set at 25 endorsements.
All other World Assembly (WA) nations shall have an endorsement count limited to 15.
Henceforth, the Vice Delegate shall oversee the monitoring and amendment of this policy, with the guidance of the Security Officers.
If you exceed the endorsement limit, we kindly request that you choose one of the following actions:
Depart from and rejoin the WA. This will completely reset your endorsement count to zero. Subsequently, you may approach fellow members of our region to regain endorsements, and I will be among the first to endorse you to help restart your count.
Contact those who have endorsed you and kindly request them to withdraw their endorsement.
Remember, the higher the endorsement count on the Delegate, the safer the region.
Yours sincerely,
Delegate of The Wellspring 9006
Vice Delegate of The Wellspring USS Merrimack
