Welcome to this absolute mess of a dispatch. This dispatch is mostly something to record my history in this game, limited as it may be - because I have an ego that likes looking at my past thingamajigs. As you'll notice, I'm not taking myself too seriously here - because this is a game and it pays to remember that. Also, I suck, so that's that. Don't expect any major feats here... just small things I've done in places I like.

This dispatch is probably not excessively detailed because I've served in many generally not-too-major positions. A more detailed list of positions can be found at the link. Telegram me questions if you have them.

I've been in the East Pacific for a pretty long while, now. Have done many things here, know many things, yet I still don't know that much. What I can tell you is that you'll find a region of memers here - people willing to commit to a bit or meme to a level not seen in many other regions. But deep beneath the sh*tposty veneer that fools so many, you'll find possibly one of the most serious regions in this game, full of players working hard to ensure the region lives to see another day.

Notable Acts

Created and ran Dibergia, TEP RMB RP's first map (May 2018)
Part of the Map Council which created Valsora (August 2018), then served as Valsora's temporary cartographer a few times after Krionik took over the map (2019)
Created guides & templates for Conclave procedures and templates for Provost usage (latter was later rewritten by others)
Revamped the Magisterium's legislation templates, but they got revamped again later.
Authored The Eastern Pacific Police Service Act, 2021, The Punishment Documentation Act (repealed), Resolution on Supporting TEAPOT, Resolution on Legislation Records, the Regional Identity Act (repealed), The Order of the Golden Ocelot Act (repealed), The Conclave Act (repealed), and The Regional Security and Services Act (repealed).
Co-authored the Pacificum Orientalis Act (w/ Sokala; repealed), the Delegate Elections Act (w/ A Mean Old Man), and the Regional Message Board Regulation Act (w/ Aivintis).
Rewrote The Endorsement Caps Act and The Regional Officers Act; co-rewrote the Citizenship Act (w/ Libertanny; repealed but influenced the Voter Registration Act)
Negotiated and helped write The Round Table Treaty (repealed), The Alpaca Accords (proposed by me, finished by Atlae), The Aurora Covenant (under Delegate Libertanny; helped write & negotiate it), The Basic Structure of Inter-Regional Chat (btw my and Libertanny's Delegacies, mostly helped negotiate).
One of the first Senior Diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - helped set the job's expectations and norms
Released a ton of endorsement dispatches to (in a small way) partially help Yuno's endorsements increase when she was Delegate
Consistent writer for the Eastern Pacific News Service for a two year period (Edition 1 to Edition 18)
Helped set up the former Executive server (2020 - 2023)

Re-wrote the Standing Orders of the Viziers from its first version to something near its current one minus a few amendments
Consistently second most endorsed Vizier during my service (mostly during Libertanny's Delegacy)
Created the Persons Banned or Sought After Within the East and Table of Precedent Conclave threads
Wrote The Conclave's Procedural Rules Regarding Precedent
Compiled the portraits of Delegates, List of Ministers since 2009, a brief on the Fedele coup, and an anthology on TEP's 2 most notable coups
Wrote about the 1st to the 17th Magisteriums and the Magisterium itself in TEPWiki.
Writing a WIP article on TEP's various governments.
Assembled TEP's booth for the NationStates Grand Exhibition 2021.
Updated the Conclave's seal based on Aelitia's design, designed the EPAO's seal & badge and all the badges for the (now repealled) Pacificum Orientalis Act besides the Order of the Golden Ocelot
Wrote the "About" part of the Guide to Relations
Helped edit STEP and wrote the original version of Step 4 prior to its rewrite.
Helped host Paradoxical 4.0
Shadow-wrote MoWAA's recommendation on Commend Karp
Manually maintained REWARD for over 90 days.
Rewrote the Conclave's welcome post. Then Bachtendekuppen simplified my rewrite.
Revamped the Conclave's Library Index.
Shadow-wrote the Judicial Reviews verdicts of "On the legality of the Vice Delegate" and "Delegate Elections - Candidate Eligibility".
Shadow-wrote the primary portion of the Pre-Trial Ruling on Admissability of The Fourth Imperium v. The Citizenship Office.

I haven't been in the Union of Democratic States (or "the Union") for nearly as long as I've been in the East Pacific - at least, officially. Having been around in some capacity since 2018, I've seen the Union go through various periods, from political dramatics to quiet stillness. Throughout all these eras, however, there's always been one constant - the Union is a region that is still trying to figure out its identity. Some parts, we got. Others? Not so much. Makes for an interesting region... and an introspective, innovative, and welcoming community.

Edited and proofread the Union's current Constitution
Wrote a brief history of the Union's constitutions
Encouraged development of opinions utilizing staffer opinions as Minister of Justice (example)
Helped assemble the Union's Hall of Fame (still a WIP)
Negotiated the Gemini Covenant
Helped restore regional activity to some level during my Presidency.
Played large role in bringing the Union's population from 250 to 400+ nations in 2021 & 2022.
100,000+ recruitment telegrams sent (not a lot, still proud!)
Partially simplified the regional welcome guide. Later rewrote the entire thing.
Wrote the Union's welcome telegram
Helped host a festival between the Union and the South Pacific in 2021.
Runs Everyday News - a newspaper which actively brings relevant government news to game-side Unionists, and provides a platform for other Unionists to share their opinions.
Designed all the medals shown here
Helped re-write drafts of the Aegis Accords plus helped negotiate them
Running UDS's weekly updates and Songs of the Week from October 2021 to December 2021; November 2022 - July 2023

Refugia is the last of my current "main" regions. It's not really one I've done much in, and I'm not that active anymore especially once Refugia got its own Discord server. However, it's a pretty chill region in its own right. A lot of people there are really kind, and honestly it was probably my main "social" NS community in 2021 and 2022. Combine its chill region with a pretty unique government structure and a focus on not pressuring people to join said government... it's a pretty nice region to spend time in.
