Understanding that all members of the region are inherently granted the following rights as participating members of the region & community.

I: The right to expression of oneself and identity; the freedom from hate speech and misidentification of oneself.
II: The right to participate in the region's government & community.
III The right to appeal for moderation and action taken against oneself

Understanding that a coherent, well organized, active government is an essential part of a democratic region.

Section I The Founder: The Founder is The Federal Republic of Achlavania who founded the region in it's early stage and has guided it through it's existence; granted and entrusted by the region the founder holds administrative duties, these duties are, Total moderation, The selection and choice of the Vice-Governor, The veto and duopoly voting power of the Security wing of Congress, and when entrusted by the general member body total emergency powers to adjust and alter the regional government.

Section II The Vice-Governor: The Vice-Governor is a secondary administrative meritocratic role that acts as both the successor to the founder and as an additional layer of moderation and extension of the Office Of The Administrative Founder; in case of the Founder's inability to continue participation due to any number of reasons the Vice-Governor will take on the mantle of founder renaming the office as the Officer Of The Administrative Governor before undertaking founder duties; should the founder return the founder may overtake the Governer and return the Office Of The Founder should the general member body wish.

Section III The President: The President is the elected figurehead of the regional government at any one time as well as the world assembly representative therefore being chosen as president requires WA membership, the president will decide the direction of the current administration by holding veto authority over the general congress and will answer to parliament, the founder will be elected very six months in a general regional election, in the case of the president leaving; resigning; or being impeached by a general vote of the parliament a snap election will decide a new president and the electoral clock will be reset around the new snap election.

Section IV The General Congress: The General Congress or Congress is the primary body of the regional government it is comprised of two wings, a judicial security wing that is meritocratic and it's members are selected by the founder & the president in a duopoly system. And the representative wing whose members are elected in six month elections alongside the president, the number of representatives is decided by a internal vote of the congress allowing congress to decide its membership body; upon the publishing of this document the representative wing will be comprised of two members. Congress will decide laws, vote on them, and decide embassies and foreign affairs they will host a state of the regional forum with parliament every six months before or after a regional election.

Section V The Parliament: The Parliament is the general public body of active members in government, anyone can be a member of parliament they need to just have membership perms on the discord and have interest in the regional government, they can ask the current administration questions, vote on emergency powers, and draft laws and bills for consideration by congress, as well as impeach members of congress through a majority vote ill regard of which wing they reside in.

Understanding that the most important element of the region of Valaryia is and always will be it's community, that without it the region would not exist and would not hold purpose.

I: The Regional Discord is the primary hub of regional activity and community participation

II: That Community moderators, and government moderators are different but both answer to the founder & president.

III: That being banned from the region may occur as punishment for community violation but not incompetence at governmental duties
