Noting, the historical bond between the Warzone Europe and Warzone Asia,

Wishing to expand on said bond for the betterment of the Warzones,

Acknowledging the threat of exterior forces to the stability of the Warzones,

Seeking to encourage stronger bonds between the Warzones,

Warzone Europe and Warzone Asia have agreed to the following,

1. Mutual Recognition of Government Legitimacy

1.) The signatories to this treaty recognize the government of each region based upon its constitutions and laws as legitimate, and will not extend that recognition to any government that comes to power through means not prescribed by law, which shall be determined by the legitimate government in question.

2.) Should the government of any signatory fundamentally change, but not violate the terms of the previous section, the signatories may adopt a memorandum of understanding extending the provisions of this treaty to the new government.

2. Cultural Cooperation

1.) The Signatories shall, to the best of their abilities, cooperate on mutual events for the cultural development of both regions

2.) These events shall be marked as actions of goodwill by both signatories.



3. World Assembly Policy



1.) The Signatories shall, to the best of their ability, coordinate on World Assembly initiatives beneficial to the health and security of the warzones

2.) Neither signatory shall author, promote, or support a resolution which attacks the other, or casts a negative light on the other. 


4. Intelligence Activities

1.) Neither signatory shall engages in acts of espionage against the other, or set spies in each other’s regions

2.) The signatories agree to share information that may be pertinent to the security or well being of the other, unless said information violates regional law, the NationStates Terms of Service, or method of information gathering.



4. Recruitment Policy



1.) Neither signatory shall recruit members or nations from the other.



Execution, Ratification, and Repeal



1.) This Treaty shall come into force upon ratification by both Warzone Europe and Warzone Asia.



2.) Either signatory may exit the treaty by giving notice to the other party.

3.) Upon notice being given, there shall be a 5 day countdown by which notice of exiting the treaty make be revoked, after which time the agreement shall be dissolved
