Constitution of the United States of Dictators

We the People of the United States of Dictators, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, ensure domestic Tranquillity, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of Dictators.

Article I

Section I

All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Parliament of the United States of Dictators, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.

Section II

The House of Representatives shall be composed of members chosen every second year by the People of several districts.
No Person shall be a representative who shall not have attained to the age of twenty-five Years. And has been a citizen of the United States of Dictators. And who shall not, when elected, be an inhabitant of that district which they shall be chosen.
When vacancies happen in the Representation from any district. The executive authority shall issue writs of election to fill such vacancies.
The House of Representatives shall choose their Speaker, and other officers and shall have the sole power of impeachment.

Section III

The Senate of the United States of Dictators shall be composed of two Senators from each district, chosen by the Legislature thereof, for two years, and each Senator shall have one vote in Parliament.
No Person shall be a Senator who has not attained the age of thirty-five years, and has been a citizen of the United States of Dictators for nine years. And who shall not when elected be an inhabitant of that district for which they shall be chosen.
The Vice President of the United States of Dictators shall be the President of the Senate, but have no vote.

Section IV

The Times, Places and Manner of holding elections for Senators and Representatives shall be prescribed in each district legislature.

Section V

The Senators and Representatives shall receive compensation for their services, to be paid out of the Financial Ministry of the United States of Dictators, they shall in all cases, except Treason, Crime or Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their attendance at the session of their respective Houses.

Article II

Section I

The President will be the head of state and head of government of the United States of Dictators.

Section II

The President may negotiate treaties with foreign powers, no treaty will come into effect unless approved by a two-thirds majority of both chambers of Parliament.

Section III

The President may veto a proposal of the Parliament to enact, amend or repeal a law within one week of its passage.

Section IV

The President may appoint Ministers to assist them and may dismiss these Ministers freely.

Section V

In the case of vacancy in the office of the President. The Vice President will assume all powers of the President for the remainder of that term.

Section VI

The President and Vice President will be elected every five years, no person shall be elected President for a full or partial term for two consecutive elections.

Article III

Section I

The Supreme Court, District Court, and any such inferior courts shall Parliament establish by law, shall exercise judicial power of the United States of Dictators.

Section II

The judicial power of the United States of Dictators shall extend to all cases in law and equity, and the courts of each district of the United States of Dictators, including the Supreme Court shall have jurisdiction over all citizens of the United States of Dictators, and all persons acting within the territory of the nation.

Section III

Parliament shall have the power to enact legislation governing the rules and procedures of the Supreme Court, including the power to provide for the creation of inferior judicial officers who may temporarily fill vacancies in the Supreme Court with respect to the determination of cases when need arises, such as by virtue or recusal.

Section IV

District legislature shall have the power to enact legislation governing the rules and procedures of their respective District Court, including the power to provide for the creation of inferior judicial officers who may temporarily fill vacancies in the district Court with respect to the determination of cases when need arises, such as by virtue or recusal.

Section V

The President shall have the sole authority to appoint the Chief Justice or an Associate Justice to the Supreme Court.

Section VI

The Appointed Justices must be confirmed by a majority vote in the Senate.

Section VII

Treason against the United States of Dictators shall consist of giving aid or comfort to the enemies of the United States of Dictators, or participating in war against the nation. The punishment for treason shall be fixed by law.

Article IV

Section I

The Parliament, by an absolute two thirds majority of all authorised seats for its session in each chamber, shall have the power to present amendments to this Constitution.

Section II

The Constitution of the United States of Dictators shall be the Supreme law of the United States of Dictators, and upon ratification shall render all previous constitutions null and void.

Section III

This Constitution shall be considered ratified upon the approval of a simple majority vote of all Members of Parliament, and the subsequent signature of the sitting President, acting on behalf of the people.

Article V

Section I

The Rights of the Citizens of the United States of Dictators, whether enumerated or enumerated, are of paramount importance to the dignity and respect of all Persons and the flourishing of a Free Society. To that end, the government of United States of Dictators shall not arbitrarily, capriciously, maliciously, wilfully, illegally, or unreasonably infringe upon the Rights and Liberties of the Citizens of United States of Dictators.

Section II

All Citizens are subject to the Laws of the United States of Dictators and shall be Innocent until proven Guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, and no Citizen shall be made to suffer an unreasonably harsh punishment for any crime. No Citizen may be compelled to present self-incriminating evidence in Court, and no Citizen shall twice be put on Trial for the same offence unless further evidence is found and a writ is issued authorising another trial with the new evidence. No Citizen shall be deprived of Liberty or Property, or permanently deprived of Citizenship, without the Due Process of Law, and no Citizen shall be denied the Equal Protection of the Law.

Section III

All Persons who were born in the United States of Dictators, or have one or more parent who is a citizen of the United States of Dictators shall be eligible for citizenship, and, once attained, shall enjoy, for the duration of such citizenship, the Right
to Freedom of Speech, Expression and of Religion and to petition the government for a redress of Grievances;
to Organise for Political purposes, subject to content-neutral regulation relating to official recognition of such organisations;
to a Fair, Speedy, and Public Trial in all Cases, and to Legal Counsel in all Criminal Cases;
to Vote in every Election for political Office, for such contests as eligible to cast a Ballot under the Law;
to be Secure in their Privacy against Search and Seizure, except when such Search or Seizure is authorised by a valid Judicial Warrant and based on Probable Cause.
