HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of The Crown Lands, enacts as follows:

1. This document may be cited as the "The Regional Charter".

2. This document can be referred to as the "Principal Act".
   

For the purposes of this legislation,

1. "Region" shall be defined as the governmental organization that forms the Crown Lands

2. "Member" constitutes the nations who have joined the Crown Lands of their own free choice

3. "Founder/Grand Emperor" is the permanent leadership position of the region, which from henceforth until the end of time, as anointed by the Golden Lord, is Lothaythien

4. "Individual State Sovereignty " Constitutes the inalienable sovereign powers that each member is guaranteed within the Crown Lands
   

1. The Crown Lands is henceforth created as a region dedicated to the unity of absolute sovereign nations wishing to co-exist without the control of other nations

   1. The rulership of the monarchies within the region are bestowed divinely. As such any afront to the monarchy is an afront to God
      

2. Each member is afforded the ability to run their own country as they see fit under their own sovereign powers and constitutions. Members are free to do as they wish within the boundries of their boarders

3. This charter is absolute in its legislation and may never be altered so as to diminish the powers of any member state within their own boarders

   1. As such this legislation may never be revoked, removed, or otherwise seperated from the laws of the members and its charters, legislations, or bills, past, present, or future, so long as they are members of the region
      

1. The principal act shall come into force immediately under the authority of H.R.M. Wilhelm VI with divine right as bestowed by God under The Golden Church of Lothaythien.
