Sunipi for MP | July 2022

About Me

I'm Sunipi, current WA Delegate of Thaecia. I'm currently an MP, and I'm running for re-election in the upcoming general election. I’ve previously served three and a half terms as MP, as well as my ongoing term as Delegate. I'm the leader of the Thaecian Globalist Party (TGP), and was first elected to the House last November.
My Policies

  • I'm vehemently globalist in terms of foreign policy, and support all efforts to improve our relationships with other regions, as well as forging new alliances to create more opportunities for interregional cooperation.

  • I'm absolute in my opposition to any sort of diplomatic relationship with fascist, racist or otherwise bigoted regions.

  • I support the existence of political parties, although I do believe that partisanship shouldn't be the "be all and end all" for debates.

  • I fully support a hybrid system with a half-elected, half-universal legislature, and I will be proposing a bill to make this change this term.

  • I am strongly against removing judicial terms - they help make Justices accountable for inactivity, which for me is an incredibly useful feature. This is a view that I will not compromise, even for a coalition.

  • I support re-naming the WA Delegate to President, and will be proposing a bill to make this change this term.

  • I will be introducing a motion to expand the Senate to nine seats, in order to trigger a debate in the House on the size of Congress.

  • I strongly believe that Congress should have less control over the military. In this cause, I authored some amendments to L.R.040 which were signed into law recently. I aim to go further, and to continue the good work of increasing military autonomy.

  • I am actively working to secure citizenship for those on an operation with the military.

  • I support keeping Thaecia's military non-aligned.

Vote for tomorrow.
Vote Sunipi, Vote TGP.
