Temporal Chronicles Vol. 1: New Beginnings

In the April of 2022, a region named New Beginnings began. Here, nations from the 10000 islands could roleplay in a seperate universe. In the beginning, only a few nations joined and all was peaceful. However, as time passed, tensions grew more and more. Until one day, the first war broke out.

Chapter I
The first war
In the first RP year of 1900, a civil war broke out between 2 factions in the nation of Regnum. Western Regnum was a liberal democracy which advocated for freedom and progressive ideals. Eastern Regnum was an authoritarian communist dictatorship that advocated for a strong state which would rule over all of the Regnese people. At first, the 2 sides fought each other in a stalemate. However, soon after, the nation of -potatostan- started sending aid to Eastern Regnum, prompting a response from the nation of Souraoi, which sent aid to Western Regnum. Eventually, the government of Souraoi declared war on Eastern Regnum, massively escalating tensions and prompting -potatostan- to declare war on both Western Regnum and Souraoi. At this point, Finiso began aiding Eastern Regnum with massive amounts of supplies and Arusuki began aiding Western Regnum. Eventually, as Souraoi began pushing back the Eastern Regnese, Finiso declared war on Western Regnum and Souraoi, performing a counterattack which caused Eastern Regnum to push into Western Regnum's original land. Around this time, Souraoi and Arusuki began planning a huge attack on the Potatostani homeland, and soon after began invading -potatostan-.

Chapter II
The later stages
-potatostan- defended their homeland fiercely, and Finiso also sent support. Souraoi and Arusuki barely made progress, prompting Arusuki to sign a peace treaty with -potatostan- that granted Potatostan a quarter of Arusuki's land. This would eventually lead to destabilization and the downfall of the Arusukian government, but in the meantime, due to almost all of Souraoi's forces focusing on -potatostan-, Finiso, in coordination with Eastern Regnum, blitzkrieged the Western Regnese and captured their capital, prompting the Western Regnese Surrender. Souraoi also invaded the land ceded by Arusuki to -potatostan- in their seperate peace, but it was not successful, and backlash followed after the Souraoian government attempted to purge all Potatostanis in the land. Soon after, -potatostan- drove all Souraoian troops away from their mainland, and a peace between Souraoi, Finiso, and -potatostan- was negotiated, which would become the Treaty of Orsinoc, forever influencing events in new beginnings.

Chapter III
Aftermath
After the global war that the Regnese Civil War spiraled into, the region was devastated. Recovery and Rebuilding began, with Eastern Regnum becoming Convenerunt regnum. During this time, Finiso's technology began to skyrocket, starting an arms race between them and Souraoi, which the Finisians eventually won. At this time, a new nation joined the region, named Xzec eastern scotland. They would eventually become central to roleplay, but for now they were just another new power. Because of destabilization from the failed invasion of -potatostan-, corruption in the government, and civil unrest, a democratic socialist rebel faction started a civil war in Arusuki between the government and the rebels. However, this war did not see as much escalation as the Regnese War, since most nations stayed neutral until close to the end when Xzec eastern scotland and -potatostan- supported the rebels. However, at this time, Finiso invited Xzec eastern scotland and -potatostan- to a new faction called the Pact for Order. Both nations agreed, and with 3 incredibly powerful nations in one alliance, some thought the whole world could eventually fall under their influence.
Alas, that didn't come to pass.

Mini-Chapter 3.5
An era of peace?
In a small and rare period, new beginnings became somewhat inactive and peaceful. There weren't any significant events, only people growing their nations and statistics. However, this would be suddenly interrupted by the region's first war of aggression. Not a civil war like the others; but an annexation war.

Chapter IV
Conflict in New Koalastralia
The New Koalastralian War started when PFO member -potatostan- declared war on New koalastralia. Xzec eastern scotland joined the war immediately, with Finiso eventually also joining. The war itself was quick and relatively uneventful, due to all 3 PFO nations' militaries having more soldiers than the entire New Koalastralian population. However, it would set a milestone, as the first annexation war in the region. New koalastralia was eventually partitioned between Xzec eastern scotland and -potatostan-, but the war also prompted Morot harjanika to leave the region, their land also being partitioned between many nations.

Mini-Chapter 4.5
More peacetime
After the New Koalastralian War, there were a lack of important events in the region. The only big things accomplished during this era were a scientific breakthrough by Finiso, unlocking 1950s technology and making them the most technologically advanced nation, along with a Marxist coup on the Arusukian democratic government due to its perceived failure.

Chapter V
The end of the World Order
In 1922, the Fsk empire opened its borders and began preparing to attack the world and expand its empire. Perceiving them as a huge threat, Finiso declared war and attempted to invade, only to cause huge international backlash. The government of Arusuki condemned the actions, but more importantly, the entire rest of the PFO left the alliance. With all members gone, Finiso made status quo white peace with the Fsk empire and officially disbanded the PFO. After the war, the Fsk empire fell into civil war with the New Dalek empire. The New Dalek empire was supported by all the former PFO members, and quickly won the war after the FSK government saw no point in trying to win. But in this small period of events, the World Establishment was shattered, 2 wars had started and ended, and many believed that chaos was in sight.

Chapter VI
Turbulence
In the aftermath of the dissolution of the PFO, -potatostan- formed the North Atlantic Alliance (NAA) and invited Xzec eastern scotland and Arusuki to the faction. Now without an alliance, Finiso formed the Finitar Concord, which only consisted of Finiso itself at the time of founding. A slurry of other diplomatic events also happened during this period, including many embassies and interactions. The Finitar Concord was later renamed to the New Orderist Coalition (NOC). However, in 1925, the silence broke as -potatostan- declared war on Leikia, Solarian empires, and Joe mama gaming 200 in an attempt to unite the fragments of Morot harjanika, requesting aid from Xzec eastern scotland (Where a fascist party had also recently won an election) and Arusuki. They both accepted and joined the war.

Mini-Chapter 6.5
After the NAA conquered and annexed the other nations' lands, a long period of extreme inactivity began in New Beginnings, where it was rare to have 2 posts a day. The only real thing to happen in this period is a meeting between Souraoi and Finiso.

Chapter VII
The Last Resort
New Beginnings nearly completely died for multiple months. As a final bang before the region goes inactive, Xzec eastern scotland, with the rest of the NAA (Only including Arusuki now, as Potatostan has since quit the game) declared war on Souraoi, to reunite Arusuki. Finiso, for a mix of reasons, decided to support Souraoi.
