Green Notification Everything is Okay!

Yellow Notification Regional Security is at some risk, all new entries are going to be looked.

Orange Notification Regional Security is at Risk, Possible Lockdown and Password Lock, with no Constitution and Elections suspended.

Code Red Regional lockdown, password lock, constitution suspended, all elections postponed. Announced by Contest of Government and President.
