Citizen's Registry

All nations present within this registry are considered citizens or honorary citizens (HC) of the Institute of Cellulose. Citizens are qualified to run for political office, propose legislation, and vote in official polls. Honorary Citizens (HC) can only vote on Bills, and are prohibited to run for any political office.
Honorary Citizens are given the abbreviation of "HC" next to their nation within this registry.
Those who wish to be added to the registry may apply for citizenship via the Ministry of Security:
