Introduction
A regional program which lays out plans for regional growth for the upcoming months of they year 2022.As part of regional policy regarding growth and regions plans to be a large pan-leftist region it is necessary that certain measures be undertaken for regional growth. The plan also formulates a committee which shall monitor the plans listed out in Project 22. Project 22 shall be divided into 4 quarters of a year with the Chairman of the Project 22 Committee posting a report after every quarter


Quarter 1(January to March)

  1. New Constitution- Due to the lapses in the current constitution, the committee recommends creating a new constitution which formulates the basic working of the regional government(ie. Judiciary,Executive,Legislative) and the rights of each citizen

  2. Discord Server Development- In a bid to increase government efficiency and ease communication within regions the committee proposes a program which develops the discord server and set up servers for different government bodies

  3. Recruitment- Due to the current trends in NS recruitment the committee proposes a recruitment drive to reach at lease 150 nations with a stamp donation drive to help the same

  4. Inter-Left- The committee proposes the government to speed up the process of InterLeft and propose plans to include more regions in the bloc.


Quarter 2 (April to June)

  1. InterLeft- To engage in talks with Leftist regions to form InterLeft and develop the inter-regional bloc.

  2. Culture-Further development of roleplay and engage in more competitions to keep nations interested in the game

  3. Government- Implementation of the constitution adopted by the soviet

  4. Interior- Further security provisions for the state institutions

  5. Military- Development of the Bangcall Ostriches

  6. Immigration- Implementation of the citizenship and immigration amendment

  7. Recruitment- Reach 200 nations or maintain the current population from the NS phenomena of 'Summer Slump'

  8. Foreign Policy- Creation and Implementation of UGON Foreign Policy Vision 2022
