The Baratochin Revolutionary Naval Force is the naval branch of the Baratochin Revolutionary Armed Forces. It is tasked with the defense of Baratochin National Waters, the EEZ of the Seitokuken State, and guaranteeing Baratochin influence and the freedom of the Ōkīkonekuta Canal and Inland Sea alike. Its origins date back to the 1790s however its modern history starts around the 1960s with the installing of the modern Baratochin Nationstate. Despite the variety of ships from Attack Submarines to large Missile battleships, the National Commonwealth keeps the naval in-use for domestic or local-region threats, near and around the extensive Baratochin coast.

The Navy operates a total of 117 Warships with around 40 submarines, and another 50 minor craft. It is split between three major fleets and has 245,520 personnel at its disposal.

During times of peace, the Navy operates only a fraction of its total ships, with most being scattered around several ports on each side of the country that act as command bases. Baratochin Ships are generally divided into two fleets, the Inland Sea Fleet, and the Cascade fleet, with a tiny yet new Great Lakes Fleet. Its purpose during peacetime to protect Baratochin interests and sovereignty against outside threats. In recent years, the Baratochin Revolutionary Naval Force has found itself becoming increasingly active due to the existence of local threats and overall increasing tensions in the Greater East Osean Region. Government endeavors and programs (2000 Katsunosuki Program, 'Mura Hachemon' Naval Modernization Program) seek to expand the capacity of the Navy as well as expand its influence in the local region as the Baratochin nation finds itself increasingly under threat.
