Paludeo's Motto Explained

"La bellezza protetta dal re e dal popolo! Per il re, la nazione, la gloria e il popolo! Lunga vita! Lunga vita! (Beauty protected by the king and the people! For the king, the nation, the glory and the people! Long life! Long Life!)" is the official greater motto of Paludeo, but official the nation uses the short form of the motto. There are three parts to it.

"La bellezza protetta dal re e dal popolo!" is the royal motto of the House of Pantano (the ruling house of Paludeo) and one is third of the official greater motto of Paludeo.

"Per il re, la nazione, la gloria e il popolo!" is the motto of the Partito del Re e del Popolo (Party of King and People), the Royal Red Army, and is one third of the official motto.

"Lunga vita! Lunga vita!" is used during nationalist rallies.

These three parties represent the King, People, and Nation.

"La bellezza protetta dal re e dal popolo! Per il re, la nazione, la gloria e il popolo!" is sometimes used during ceremonies but is generally considered "semi-formal" in Paludeo.
