The big brains constitution

By the signing of this document by the founder of big brains, Salessll, all of the acts and laws that come with this constitution are part of big brains law:

Parliament will be the founder, WA delegate and all ministers (officers) and will meet whenever called upon by a member. Ministers will be appointed by Salessll and with no elections until there are enough people in the region.

Also given that people in big brains becoming ministers (officers) is a threat to regional security, if any member nation of big brains wants to be an officer they MUST swear the pledge of allegiance on the RMB and if they break that then Salessll will either ban them for a period of time, with their officer role removed or just having their role removed as a warning. It depends on the level of the breach and how much it threatened the region's security.

Officers don’t have to be citizens but to have a role in citizenship for polls you must.

The WA delegate of big brains can have as much or as little power as decided upon by parliament. The WA delegate will be decided by parliament which then authorises the region's WA members to endorse whoever was selected. However WA nations can choose a delegate by themselves.
