SF Embassy guidelines

[size=120][u][b]Guidelines for having an embassy with [region]SolarFlare[/region]:[/b][/u][/size]

[size=110][b]1.[/b] Must NOT have the tags "fascist" and/or "totalitarian".
[b]2.[/b] Should not be anti-democratic, racist, sexist, homophobic, strictly ideological, religiously intolerant, fascist, etc.
[b]3.[/b] Should have some level of activity. (This does not apply to regions that have historical connections with SolarFlare but have since become inactive.)
[b]4.[/b] Should not be an enemy of the region or contravene the region's values.

[size=110]Ultimately, embassy requests will be reviewed collectively by the regional officers. These are just guidelines and exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis, if the government grants it.[/size]
