ARTICLE 1 IDEOLOGIES

Fascism, Maoism, Nazism (National Socialism) banned.

ARTICLE 2 SEXUALITIES

Transphobia, Homophobia or EVERY actions who are gonna attack someone Orientation are BANNED.

ARTICLE 3 Genders

Officially Lasai recognize Women and Men as Biological Genders and Non-Binary who make umbrella of another Genders who aren't Biological.

ARTICLE 4 Sexism

Discrimination against someone Gender is Banned.

ARTICLE 5 Roleplay

Most types of roleplay are accepted and encouraged in the Lasai.

Racist, Homophobic, Transphobic, Anti-Semitic and another Roleplay is strictly forbidden (e.g. changing your nation's ideology to fascism, or acting as if you are hostile towards a race or religion).

Roleplaying as the Hostile Nations is banned.

ARTICLE 6 VOTING

Every nation who was 5 days in Lasai or WA Member have right in Democratic Elections in Lasai

ARTICLE 7 EMERGENCY

Goverment have the right to declare a regional state-of-emergency in times of crisis.

State of Emergency = Raid, Invasion, Diplomatic Crisis, Political Crisis.

State of Emergency can be declared with Majority of 51% in Parliament or by Founder.

State of Emergency then would be declared for 3 Days, but it can be longer with inspection of Founder.

ARTICLE 8 CITIZENS

Ministers, Parliament, Founder have no business in interfering with a nation's issues or personal matters.

Respect for Ministers and Citizens, if here are Debates then with Respect, but no Harrasment

ARTICLE 9 FORMING GOVERMENT

Goverment who have won, as first have first right to take power in Lasai, or create Coalition.

If that fail next party have right to form Goverment, if no new Elections gonna be called.

ARTICLE 9 FREEDOM OF SPEECH

Everyone have right to freedom of speech. RMB posts are not allowed to be suppressed unless they are against the rules of NationStates. All people have the right to an opinion on any topic they choose.

ARTICLE 10 A Referendum of Mistrust by the People

If more than 50% of Voters in Elections will vote yes under Referendum, it pass.

Voting will have just 12 hours.

ARTICLE 11 WARS

Lasai can't declare War.

Lasai can't strike first.

Lasai is neutral state.

ARTICLE 12 COMPETENT GOVERMENT

All Parties have to present their Plan for Lasai if they want contest in Elections.

Parties should have at least 2 members to become Party.

If Turnout is below 20%, Elections are unvalid.

ARTICLE 13 HUMAN RIGHTS

The human being, his or her life and health, honour and dignity, inviolability and security are recognised in Syria as the highest social value.

Human rights and freedoms and their guarantees determine the essence and orientation of the activity of the State. The State is answerable to the individual for its activity. To affirm and ensure human rights and freedoms is the main duty of the State.

ARTICLE 14 RULE OF LAW

In Lasai, the principle of the rule of law is recognised and effective.

The Constitution of Lasai has the highest legal force. Laws and other normative legal acts are adopted on the basis of the Constitution of Syria and shall conform to it.

The norms of the Constitution of Lasai are norms of direct effect. Appeals to the court in defence of the constitutional rights and freedoms of the individual and citizen directly on the grounds of the Constitution of Syria are guaranteed.

ARTICLE 15 SOCIAL LIFE

Social life in Lasai is based on the principles of political, economic and ideological diversity.

The State guarantees freedom of political activity not prohibited by the Constitution and the laws of Syria.

ARTICLE 16 NATIONAL SECURITY

To ensure national security, the Lasaian state is permitted to enforce martial law in any specified region of the nation if deemed necessary.

ARTICLE 17 FREEDOM

All people are free and equal in their dignity and rights.

Human rights are inalienable and inviolable.

ARTICLE 18 RIGHTS

Human and citizens' rights and freedoms affirmed by this Constitution are not exhaustive.

Constitutional rights and freedoms are guaranteed.

ARTICLE 19 CONTENT AND SCOPE

The content and scope of existing rights and freedoms shall not be diminished in the adoption of new laws or in the amendment of laws that are in force.

ARTICLE 20 DEVELOPMENT

Every person has the right to free development of his or her personality if the rights and freedoms of other persons are not violated thereby, and has duties before the society in which the free and comprehensive development of his or her personality is ensured.

ARTICLE 21 DIGNITY

Everyone has the right to respect his or her dignity.

No one shall be subjected to torture, cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment that violates his or her dignity unless they have committed a crime in which this would be appropriate.

No person shall be subjected to medical, scientific or other experiments without his or her free consent.

ARTICLE 22 LAW

Every person has the right to freedom and personal inviolability.

No one shall be arrested or held in custody other than pursuant to a substantiated court decision and only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by law.

ARTICLE 23 POWERS

The President has a veto right, and every law has to be signed by him, but the veto can be overturned with most of the 2/3 Parliament. This is a representative person and represents Lasai abroad. The president has the right to propose a law in parliament and he is in parliament.

The Election Commission checks that elections are free and fair. Election Comission will also organize elections together with the Founder of Lasai

The RP Secretary is a person who deals with the RP, organizes the RP and rules in new seasons. He changes the map, generally organizes RP.

How other ministers look depends on the government and what functions they have.
