A recent surge in child abandonment began to develop among the Klendathian population. This began to strain the national budget as many orphanages and hospitals began to use more expenses to take care of the abandoned children. Because of this, the Klendathian Federal Government passed a law allowing the military to recruit the abandoned younglings in order to build defenses and possibly create super soldiers. This according to the Chief of Staff of the Klendathian Armed Forces will begin to allow the nation's budget and expenses to stabilize across all government facilities. However, this has yet to be seen.
