Rights to the Defendent Under Accusation of Treason

Act I was enacted under sanction from the GMN by way of Consense. Consense was determined by way of a regional poll. The events surrounding the said time of sanction are as follows:

1. Pinicada deemed Wymondham go clock 6 suspicious.

2. Pinicada telegrammed Agend, then Royal Steward of Interior Affairs(The office is also known as Royal Steward of Interior, and Royal Steward of the Interior.)

3. Agend created a poll to record consensus.

4. The GMN sanction the poll, which is this Act.

5. Agend attempts to send telegram noticing that Wymondham go clock 6 was a puppet nation.

6. Agend notifies Pinicada and Severolslavia, then Royal Commander.

7. Agend notifies the region on the RMB

8. Severolslavia Ejects and Bans Wymondham go clock 6

9. Agend appaulads and rewards Pinicada for his service.

10. Severolslavia notifies the GMN of the situation.

Rights of the Defendent

1. The accused nation has the right to defend himself by way of telegram to the Royal Steward of the Interior.

2. The accused nation has the right to stay within the region with all the rights due to him (if a citizen) as a citizen of the region.

3. The accused nation may defend themselves on the RMB as the trial is held.

4. The accused nation has the right to a fair and just trial under the Constitution of the GMN.

Case of Noncompliance

1. If the offending nation does not respond to the telegram sent to him (not referring to a particular gender) within a week of the telegram, then it is assumed treason and shall be immediately ejected from the region by the Royal Commander.

2. If the offending nation does not act in a respectful manner (as determined by the citizens of the GMN) the offending nation may be ejected from the region and banned for 4 days.
